Instructions: Stir 125g into a bowl of 175ml boiling water and 2 tsp oil. Stand for 10 min. Wet hands, shape into 6 sausages. Fry in a little oil or grill or barbecue until golden brown. Oven: Pre- heat to 200°C/180°C fan or gas mark 6. Lightly grease baking tray, bake for 20 min turning once until thoroughly cooked.
