Ingredients: kibbled chickpeas, brown rice flour, onion, spices (ground cumin, ground coriander, ground black pepper), parsley, sea salts, garlic powder.
Cooking instructions: To make 8 balls: Put 120g of mix into bowl with 125ml boiling water, 1 tbsp sunflower oil and a squirt of lemon juice. Stir well and let rest for 10 minutes. Wet hands and shop into balls. Fry for 4-5 minutes. Serve with sprinkling of lemon juice and sea salt.
