I love making burgers, I love eating burgers and sharing them, and I want to infect you with this goodness. Don’t you just love how burgers can contain all the nutrition that you need?
I often find that burger recipes are too complicated for me, like you have to fry and bake this and that before actually shaping the burger.
That’s cool but when I’m hungry I like/need to save time. This version uses the magic of chickpea flour and tofu OR beans as a base topped with spices, grated veg, fresh herbs and optional sesame, you’ll be frying away in an instant. Nearly.
Something that goes really nicely with burgers and isn’t mayo is a Tomato Harissa Dip. Blended sun-dried tomatoes, capsicum, red onion and balsamic along with chilli make this a terribly healthy and super sexy lush dip for burgers.
